Dr. James Robinson is an Management Consultant in Organizational Development, Human Capital Improvement, and a Chief Learning professional.  Dr. Robinson has spend over 36 years in Leadership, Higher Education Administration, Human Performance Technology, Finance, University Professor, Workforce Development, and Entrepreneurship.  He has managed teams in Coaching, Engagement, Mentoring, Management Training and Learning in the public and private sector. His consulting includes projects in Global IT, Academia, Small Business Development and Cyber-Security.  

Academically, Dr. Robinson earned his Doctor of Philosophy in Instructional Technology/Human Performance Technology from Wayne State University, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Clark Atlanta University (Atlanta University) and a Bachelor’s in Accounting from Morris Brown College. 

 

Dr. Robinson founded the KDI Group, Inc. a Management Consulting, Training and Strategic Staffing company in 2005.
